2021 16u SH coaching staff
This is Coach Heide's 21st season with the Storm organization. Steve has coached at all age groups throughout those seasons but has spent the last 5 years at the 14U & 16U age groups. Steve's priorities for the team are simple, learn the game so you can love the game, be a great teammate, respect those in leadership positions and always give 110%. God, family, school and sport, in that order.
Isabel Odom
Assistant Coach- Pitchers/Catchers
This is Coach Odom's 4th year as an assistant with the Storm organization. Isabel pitched for Sycamore High School and Kishwaukee College. She spent her summers pitching for the Sycamore Flash and KV Storm 16U & 18U travel teams. Isabel is responsible for the development of the pitching staff with off season and in season workouts as well as game day preparations.
Brooke English
Assistant Coach- Infield
This will Coach English's 5th season as an assistant with the Storm organization. Brooke played middle infield for Sycamore High School and Kishwaukee College. She grew up in the Storm organization playing from 10U all the way through to 18U. Brooke's responsibilities include infield preparation and improvement as well as team base-running philosophies. Brooke is also the 1st base Coach for the team.

The Kishwaukee Valley Storm 16U team is looking to add a player to their lineup for the 2020/2021 season due to unforeseen injuries. Girls interested in the position should contact Coach Heide directly by email to sheide@kvstorm.org or by phone at 847-542-1482. We are based in Sycamore, Illinois and offer year round practices and a fall, winter and spring game schedule and are a non-parent coached team. Our players will be playing for their high school teams starting on April 19 and continuing through June 26, 2021.
